My name is Sean Dyer and I race in the DP & NG powerbike championship riding a Kawasaki zx10r and looking for sponsorship for the season.
I have been unfortunate in the last few race meetings having two DNFs after being in strong positions, but want to better my best result of the season so far of a 3rd place.
To read all about my season please visit my website.

I'm trying to promote the fact that you don't have to be a youngster and super super fit to be competitive in this sport, us slightly older and of slightly larger build can push at the front as well, but with the entry fees and repair costs I cannot do it without your help

If you are a business or an individual who can help in any way please contact us. We can be reached via email, phone or through my website.

DAVID PATERSON

http://charitywalk2009britain.blogspot.com/

David Paterson, 67 and Peter, some five years younger, will be carrying out a charity walk around Britain (but not coastal), London to London from 19 April to mid-September 2009, covering some 4,000 kilometres, to raise awareness and funds for The British Heart Foundation and the Rett Syndrome Association (U.K.). The reason for the first charity is self-evident, and the other was chosen because one of Peter's daughters suffers from Retts.

This venture arises from two of us, Peter in England and myself, David, in New Zealand, having had quadruple heart bypass surgery and now wanting to make a contribution back to society through the exercise that is the best recovery for heart patients - WALKING.

The walk will take 148 days, and there are 125 camping sites for our vehicle and caravan, some being for one night each, and some for two or, in the case of Edinburgh, three nights. I am seeking free sites and so far (30 June 2008) there are 38 confirmed frees sites covering 48 nights. A list of all of this can be seen at http://charitywalk2009britain.blogspot.com/ which I update as new information comes to hand.

I have a donation from a New Zealand friend to cover most of the airfare costs for me to get to London, and a few other small donations towards costs. I have successfully taken part in an audition to be a contestant in the New Zealand television show "Wheel of Fortune"which might supply a good financial input to the venture.

I am writing a book about all of this, and am prepared to send to anyone interested a PDF copy of my draft so far - email me at xtr208758.xtra.co.nz and ask for one.
